Terms of Service
These terms cover the YouTube to MP3 converter at mp3.ytsow.com. Using the site means you agree to them.

A tool, not a right to the audio
Ytsow lists the audio available for a YouTube link you paste, and lets you save a file. We do not own the videos, we do not host a library of them, and we do not give you the right to keep someone else’s audio.
You are responsible for the link you paste and for complying with copyright, local law, and YouTube’s terms. Use the converter for audio you own or have permission to save.
What the converter does
You paste one public video link. The page shows the audio that video already has, usually M4A, sometimes Opus, and MP3 when it is offered. We do not promise a particular bitrate, a faster file, or that every link will load. A playlist or a channel page is not a batch of downloads.
The service can change, pause, or stop. Formats and availability come from YouTube and from providers we use to read them. We are not a party to your use of YouTube.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Save audio you do not own and do not have permission to keep
- Break copyright law or YouTube’s terms
- Sell or republish someone else’s audio without a license
- Overload, disrupt, or abuse the converter
No affiliation
Ytsow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of its owner. Nothing here means those companies approve of a download.
No warranty
The converter is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular player. The file is the audio YouTube stored. Saving it under another name does not improve it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ytsow and its operators are not liable for how you use a file, for a claim by a rights holder or by YouTube, or for a download that fails. The service is free. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, which is zero unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Your responsibility for claims
If a claim arises from a link you pasted, a file you saved, or the way you used that file, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs of Ytsow and its operators, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. We may also suspend or close the converter.
